Mix all ingredients, except cooking oil in a bowl and make a thick batte.
INGREDIENTS
Boneless chicken (cut into small pieces) 1/2 kg
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 2 1/2 tbsp
Hot chilli sauce 3 tbsp
Cold milk 3 tbsp
Egg, beaten 1
Paprika powder 2 tsp
Cornflour 2 1/2 tbsp
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
COOKING DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients, except cooking oil in a bowl and make a thick batte.
Add boneless chicken and marinate for 45 minutes.
Heat oil and deep fry chicken pakoras on high heat till golden brown then fry on low heat till crispy.
Remove to kitchen paper to remove excess oil.
Serve with chilli garlic sauce.
